DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To maintain a high-performing, technically sound website that serves as the core of the digital sales funnel. Responsible for ensuring the site is always updated and functional, while utilizing SEM, Social Ads, and CRM strategies to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and returning customers.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
LIVING THE BRAND: Adopt, implement and live the Brand Core Values of your specific property Brand: X2 Hotels & Resorts, X2 VIBE and AWAY Resorts on an everyday basis, linking all Resort initiates back to the brand values.
CORE TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• CMS Maintenance: Serve as the primary administrator for the website (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Contentful). Manage site architecture, page layouts, and plugin updates.
• Content Implementation: Upload and format all digital assets, including blog posts, product pages, and promotional banners, ensuring perfect alignment and brand consistency.
• Technical Health & SEO: Regularly audit the site for broken links, crawl errors, and page load speed. Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, and internal linking) to maintain search rankings.
• Conversion Optimization: Monitor user behavior via heatmaps and analytics to identify friction points. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages to improve the conversion rate.
• Search Marketing (SEM): Build, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to capture active search intent.
• Paid Social: Manage end-to-end social media ad campaigns focusing on lead generation and retargeting website visitors.
• Budget Tracking: Manage monthly ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while meeting Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) targets.
• CRM Administration: Maintain the marketing database, ensuring data hygiene and proper segmentation for targeted messaging.
• Email Automation: Design and deploy automated email workflows (welcome sequences, abandoned carts, and nurture tracks) to drive repeat traffic back to the website.
• Performance Reporting: Integrate data from the website, ads, and CRM to provide a holistic view of the digital marketing ROI.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Experience: 1+ years in a digital marketing role with a heavy focus on web operations.
• Understating of Search Engine Optimization, Pay-per-click tactics and Social Media
• Strong communication and presentation skills, Strong interpersonal skill
• Excellent problem solving skill
• Ability to learn new technologies easily
